This body butter has beautiful carrier oils to reduce the heaviness and increase absorption, some are anhydrous (no water), and some are emulsified. The emulsified butters have preservative for your protection. The anhydrous do not contain a preservative, it contains ingredients to reduce oxidation and stabilize the butters to provide up to 12 months of shelf life under the right conditions.

This body butter is suitable for use all over the body. Before first use, perform a patch test by applying a pea-sized amount to a small area of skin and waiting 24 hours to check for any reaction. If your skin tolerates it well, you may apply it to other areas as desired. Discontinue use if irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs.

We offer different Suet Rendered Beef Tallow Body Butter options, each carefully formulated with a specific purpose in mind.

1. Restorative: This Beef Tallow Butter was created to help provide relief for muscle aches and tension. For best results, apply consistently to areas of discomfort such as the shoulders, back, hips, or other sore muscles. It is recommended to use it in the morning and evening, or even several times throughout the day if needed. 
2. Radiant (Vitamin C-THDA): Not everyone enjoys or tolerates niacinamide or honey, so this option focuses solely on high-purity oil-soluble Vitamin C (THDA). This formula is not emulsified (unless you specifically request it), so it has a richer, more traditional tallow texture. To create a lighter skin feel, I do blend it with carefully selected lightweight oils that help reduce the natural heaviness of beef tallow like squalane. Vitamin C helps stimulate collagen production, neutralize free radicals, improve skin brightness and radiance, and reduce the appearance of hyperpigmentation and dark spots. 
4. Gentle (For Baby’s Skin): This formula was designed specifically for delicate and sensitive skin, specially babies. It provides deep nourishment, restores the skin barrier, improves softness and elasticity, and is naturally rich in skin-friendly fatty acids. It can also be suitable for dry, damaged, eczema-prone, or dermatitis-prone skin. This is my simplest formula, made with beef tallow infused with organic calendula flowers, safflower seed oil, apricot kernel oil, mango seed butter, squalane, beeswax (or without beeswax upon request), and Vitamin E. Calendula provides soothing, anti-inflammatory, skin-regenerating, redness-reducing, and antioxidant benefits. Safflower oil is naturally rich in linoleic acid (Omega-6) and helps strengthen the skin barrier, improve hydration, absorb quickly without feeling heavy, balance combination and oily skin, and give the tallow a lighter, silkier texture. It is especially beneficial for acne-prone, dehydrated, and combination skin. Apricot kernel oil provides natural Vitamin E and oleic acid, nourishes without excessively clogging pores, enhances the skin's natural glow, and helps soften the appearance of fine lines.
